ZigZag is a software solution to help eCommerce retailers manage returns domestically and globally. The platform connects major retailers to a global network of over 220 warehouses, over 450 carrier services, and 50 marketplaces in over 130 countries from a single integration.
ZigZag delivers the best technology and service to transform the returns experience globally to reduce the cost, waste, and friction associated with returns; boost customer loyalty, and make retailers more profitable.
Championing sustainability in the retail industry is at the heart of our business and has been since the company was founded. Our paperless solution is already making a huge environmental impact by removing the need for millions of paper labels to be included in outbound parcels. Using local consolidation facilities, we can reduce a retailerâ€™s carbon footprint by up to 65% using energy-efficient routes back to the retailer or we can resell goods to a new customer. ZigZag never sends goods to landfill, all unwanted products are resold through local marketplaces, donated to charity, or recycled.
ZigZag is backed by Circularity Capital, which is a sustainability VC and we are members of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation. ZigZag was also shortlisted for the 2019 Sustainability Award at Davos.
